Heart Shaped Biscuits

Here is an easy recipe for today!

6oz butter
6oz sugar
8oz flour
a pinch of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1 lemon

Cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs then the flour sifted with the salt & 1 tablespoon of lemon juice plus some grated lemon rind.
Roll out thinly, cut into heart shapes & bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for about 10 minutes. When they have cooled, decorate with some pink icing if you wish!
